Horseradish Cheddar
The biting pungency of horseradish is balanced with the smooth taste of white cheddar to create the complex, pungent taste of our Horseradish Cheddar. Serve it with grilled meats or try it melted on potatoes or roast beef sandwiches. Your taste buds will never be the same!

Did you know that Cheddar took its name from the town of Cheddar in Somerset, England? The town has been famous for cheesemaking since the 11th century. The rich pastures of the region provided an ideal setting for grazing and at a constant 7 degrees Celcius year round, the Cheddar Caves provided the perfect storage space for the cheese to mature. But alas, the cheese-filled dens attracted rats and mice so today the Caves are used only for sightseeing.
