1. Five-piece Chef's Premier Pack: Black Truffle, Red Wine Extra Old Cheddar, Red Hot Chili Pepper Jack, Edam, and Smoked Extra Old Cheddar. Contains 5 x approx 800g pieces which will serve 60 - 80 people.

2. Six-piece Chef's Variety Pack: Marble, Muenster, Madagascar Green Peppercorn, Extra Old Cheddar, Jalapeno Monterey Jack, and Smoked Gouda. Contains 6 x approx. 800g pieces which will serve 80 - 100 people.
